Clinical Coordinator

You will generally be dealing with English speaking patients in search for a clinic that can meet their aesthetic needs with high, western-style standards. You will be part of a small team that aims to provide great service to local and foreign patients alike.

About you, the candidate:
- Western Female
- English as native language
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Medical assisting/Nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Medical Front office experience for handling phone calls, emails, filing
- Pleasant phone and email etiquette
- Mandarin and any other languages spoken a plus, but not required
- Excellent organizational skills, punctual, calm demeanor and very patient

Your responsibilities:
- Be the contact person for all foreign patients in our clinic
- Responding to all email/phone inquiries in a timely manner
- Providing support to surgeons during consultations
- Scheduling all consultations and surgeries/procedures/laser treatments
- Keeping surgeons’ schedule
- Patient follow-up by phone/email after surgery/procedures
- Maintain high level of patient confidentiality
- Develop new protocols to help improve efficiency and customer service
